"Not The Royal Academy", exhibition, which is being billed as, `an alternative
to the RA Summer Show.' Yes, the Llewellyn Alexander Gallery - located just
opposite the Old Vic Theatre, in south east London - is hosting an exhibition of
paintings that failed to be hung in the Royal Academy... and today is the last
day for you to see this year's exhibition, which has been on for nearly three
months.
Regular visitors to the exhibition have had a chance to see over a thousand pictures, by hundreds of artists, ranging in price from a few hundred pounds to £1,500 and which change every three weeks.
