March 2 2003, Sunday, 11.30amKOREAN VIOLINIST, YURA LEE, PLAYS CLASSICAL MUSIC PIECES BY ESTONIAN, FRENCH & GERMAN COMPOSERSThe violinist, Yura Lee (from Korea) accompanied by Akira Eguchi, on the piano, will play musical pieces by a number of European composers. Musical pieces by Johannes Brahms ("Sonanta No 3, D Minor, Op 108"), Arvo Pärt ("Fratres II 1980") and Maurice Ravel ("Sonata 1923-27") are planned for this concert, which is part of a series of "Rising Stars 2002/2003" and Sunday Coffee concerts.
