Generally, our subscribers would
prefer cycling, scooting and skating events on Saturdays, between 1pm and 5.45pm, in
Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea (data: October 2001). What do you prefer?

you weekly - between one day and three months in advance - if you subscribe to hteL. The
